Deep Tissue Massage

Is a very firm massage working on deep layers of muscle tissue often incorporating streching, trigger points and post isometric release technique ... & the homework! Foot Reflexology

 

 

Reflexology is an extremely effective form of therapeutic foot massage. It uses a specific pressure technique that works on precise reflex points on your feet. Through these reflex points all the organs and parts of your body are then stimulated. It is applied without oils or just a very small amount.

Wearing unsuitable shoes may overstimulate a reflex point and cause pain in the part of your body corresponding with that point.

Lymphatic Drainage (female clients only)

Is a specifically designed massage aimed at reducing toxins and fluid retention. Lymphatic flow is stimulated  using very light and slow strokes towards lymphatic nodes. It is performed without oils after dry brushing of the skin.  Lymph drainage is very helpful for tired „heavy“ or swollen legs and ankles, leaving your legs feel light and energized. It also aims cellulite reduction, where a course of  minimum 10 treatments is required, accompanied by a sensible diet, drinking regime and mild but regular exercise.

Facial Lymph Drainage
