Better early than too late...
Dealing with any symptom early is critical to limiting the damage and to spare you a world of hurt, trouble and frustration. You are not overreacting. By the time you have symptoms, there has already been some damage done. Trying to ignore the pain is not a good plan and may lead to more serious injury. Visit your doctor, health care provider or therapist right away. Listen to them and be patient. There are no quick fixes. No treatment is going to let you go right back to work at full speed if you've been injured.
Often times long term changes in your lifestyle and adoption of good habits replacing the bad one's are essential.
Is so simple...

· Light regular exercise
· Sound sleep
· H2O and fresh healthy foods
· Relaxation and meditation
· Elimination of toxins (inc. ethanol and cigarette smoke)
