Payment
I accept cash or cheques only.
Cancellations
In order to best accommodate all my clients & as a courtesy to your therapist I require at least 24h notice of any changes or cancellations. (There is no cancellation fee).
Timing
Please allow yourself an extra 15mins for your first visit for initial consultation. Also please note that the first treatment may take an additional 15mins in some cases. This is to perform assisted streches and to familiarize you with simple exercises and stretching techniques.
Parking
There is 1h parking available on Old Christchurch Road, 2h parking on Wooton Gardens (first turn left just before or after Vogue when comming from Lansdowne Rdbt) or long term parking on Glen Fern Road (second turn left after Vogue when comming from Lansdowne Rdbt).
